 I am Kris Plantrich, Certified Career Coach and Owner of Basil Coaching Services. As a 9-time Certified Career Coach, I have been instrumental in providing top-quality, laser-focused career support to thousands of professional and executive level clients.

I deliver Executive Career Coaching to my clients along with clients of several Executive Resume Writing firms and Outplacement firms I partner with.

When I started my career, I assumed I would only be writing resumes but quickly realized coaching was where my interest and heart was. Since 2004, I have been coaching clients on their job search and  career transformation. I truly enjoy learning about my clients, understanding their current challenges, assisting in clarifying their career goals, and improving their job search knowledge. I work to provide clarity, instruction, resources, and tools for job seeker success.
